For any error in the delivery or if there is a fault in the games or cartridge, please contact us first as 9 times out of 10, there is a quick remedy to any problem you might have.
Items which are defective upon arrival must be returned to us within 14 working days in the original condition.
Should you wish to cancel an order, please inform us within 12 hours as your order is processed immediately upon payment.
If you are unhappy with the item or product you may return the item in the original condition to us within 14 working days from receipt of delivery.
For whatever reason, if you are returning the item back to us, you must email us first and inform us of your intention to return the item. You must organise the return of the item at your own expense and risk. We suggest you send it back to us recorded delivery as if its lost in the post we will not be able to issue a refund.
